She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Parker and Zachary Parker; her husband Bernard Ransom; and her siblings, Harvey Parker, T. J. Parker, Lucille Parker Younger, Ruth Parker Miller, Robert "Bob" Parker, Lula Parker Traylor, Dorothy "Dot" Parker and Susie Parker Eades.

She is survived by: her children, Britton "Britt" Parker Ransom and Suzanne "Suzy" Ransom Howard; her grandchildren, Alexandra Britton Howard (Alex), John "Parker" Howard, Noah Elias Ransom and Tarah Hancock (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Everleigh Rose Hancock and Lilac "Lila" Mae Hancock.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Timothy's Lutheran Church of Camden, SC.
