It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel P. Buckelew Sr. (Camden, South Carolina), who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Newburn and Ruth McQueen Buckelew; his wife Shirleen Buckelew; his daughter Cathy Eileen Buckelew; his grandson Bennett Buckelew; and his siblings, George Buckelew, Jackie Buckelew and Betty Buckelew Fallaw.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Buckelew (Jim Methe) of Camden, Samuel P. Buckelew, Jr. (Jacquie) of Camden and Troy Japhet Buckelew (Mary) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Kristy, Shannon, Brandon, Brik, Denny, Cameron, Trey, Ryann Elizabeth, Mackenzie, Matthew, Emma and Holden; his sister Beverly Williams of Swansea; and his siblings-in-law, Priscilla Driggers Buckelew of West Columbia and Mike Fallaw of Ridgeland, SC.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
