He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen McDowell Jenkins and Joseph Wilson Jenkins, Sr.; and his brothers, Joseph Wilson Jenkins, Jr., John McDowell Jenkins, Sr. and William Charles Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Griggs Jenkins; his children, Austin Jenkins and Caroline McInnis; his grandchildren, Robert, Mary Kathryn, Alex Jenkins, Charlotte and James McInnis; his sisters-in-law, Sally Jenkins and Polly Enders; and his children-in-law, Jim McInnis and Karin Jenkins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church (1206 Lyttleton St, Camden, SC 29020).
