He is survived by: his wife June Dornblaser; his daughter Zoe Ann Lange of Winston-Salem, NC; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Roller Dornblaser of Camden; and his grandchildren, Haley Lange, Natalie Lange and Tyler Dornblaser.
