He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskell Cauthen Tiller and Willie Porter Cox; and his brother Doodie Tiller. He is survived by: his stepfather J. C. Cox; his wife Kay Tiller; his children, Ellen Krannitz (Mike) of Apex, NC, Rickie Tiller (Kathleen) of Camden and Lynn Flowers (Billy) of Apex, NC; and his grandchildren, Jessica Krannitz of Apex, NC, Cauthen Tiller (Colleen) of Greenville, SC, Jojo Tiller of Nashville, TN, Katie Tiller of Greenville, SC and AJ Flowers of Apex, NC..
