It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard August Dittmar of Camden, South Carolina, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on March 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard Dittmar and Mary Oddo Blondin; and his brother Charles Dittmar. He is survived by: his daughters, Christa Gallagher (Adam) and Linda Richter; his grandchildren, Jodi, Alexia and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Jace, Jaden, Everett and Jaxon; and his sisters, Connie, Devvy and Lisa.
