He is survived by: his wife Frances Brisbon Halley; his son Ransom Torres Halley III; his siblings, Robert Lee Halley (Jessie) of Camden, Earline Hall (Jay) of Chadbourn, Mazie Williams of Saint Johns, Florida, Dorothy Williams (Victor) of Powder Springs, Georgia and Jo Ann Hannibal (Charles) of Columbia; his brother-in-law Thadas Williams of Whiteville; his aunt Lorraine Stevens of Roselle, NJ; his sister-in-law Ida Brisbane; and his close friends, Randolph Williams and Tyron Wiley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends.
