He was predeceased by: his father James Benjamin Deas; and his brother Mark Deas. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Jones Deas Elmore; his children, Daphne Deas, Kelby Deas (Cheryl) and Shaun Deas; and his brother Mike Deas (Donna). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
