He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Williams and Sula Mae Williams; his wife Joann Rodgers Williams; his daughter Kathy Williams; his sister Vernell Lawson; and his brother-in-law Arnold Lawson.
He is survived by: his children, Nathaniel Williams, Jr., Gail Williams, Stanley Williams, Anthony Williams and Terrance Williams; and his grandchildren, Antwaun Williams, Mandina Williams and Nafi Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
