He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parnell and Sylvia Parnell; and his sister Connie. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Parnell; and his siblings, Bobby (Patricia) of Hickory Tavern, SC and Betty (James McCorkle) of Yulee. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
