She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Dawson and Cora Day Dawson; her husband Bob Douglass; her children, Betsy Whitehouse (Chip), Dan Douglass (Julianne) and Bill Douglass (Lara); her grandsons, Rob Whitehouse (Andrea), Todd Whitehouse (Mary Elizabeth), Eric Whitehouse (Candice), John Douglass, Reed Douglass, Matt Leopard (Joy) and Spencer Douglass; her niece Becky Jarrett (Blaine); and her siblings, Jane Leith and Bill Dawson. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 502 E. DeKalb Street, Camden, SC 29020.
