He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Short Outlaw; his children, Dionna Ackerman (Dave), Melissa Outlaw, Michael Outlaw (Jamie), Ben Outlaw (Danielle) and Faith Outlaw; his grandchildren, David Ackerman, Beth Ackerman, Emilie Ackerman, Caitlin Siems, Zackary Outlaw and Haley Outlaw; and his siblings, Bob Outlaw, Sally Eldreth, Patti Hartis, Tammy Clay and Melanie Outlaw.
