With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn L. Schroder of Camden, South Carolina, born in Red Bank, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse H. Beckman "Beck" Schroder; her parents, Fred Lefler and Minerva Johnson Lefler; and her granddaughter Lindsay Hill. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Hill (Tommy) of Columbia, Tracy Carlton (Johnny) of Columbia and Lori Arledge (Dennis) of Camden; her grandchildren, John Beckman Arledge (Stephanie), Jacob Henry Arledge (Tarin Dawson), Dennis Gordon Arledge, Jr., Matthew Thomas Hill (Kelly), Andrew Houston Hill (Morgan), William Austin Hill, Georgia Carlton Altus (Jared), Beckman Louise Carlton and John Schroder Carlton; her great grandchildren, Sadie Hill, Hayes Hill, Woods Altus and Beckman Altus; her sister Nancy; her brother-in-law Ken Perrine; her nephew Danny Perrine; and her niece Sally League.
