He was predeceased by: his parent Macaria Santos. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Gutierrez; his stepsons, Armando Aguiluz Houston (Claudia) and Tony Aguiluz (Lizaeth); and his children, Miguel Gutierrez (Monica), Ana Ainsworth Celina (Jeff) and Marvin Gutierrez Sevierville (Kristie). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
