It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyda Wardlaw of Camden, South Carolina, born in Pensacola, Florida, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Newton and Lorraine Jones Creel; her husband Robert James "Jimmy" Wardlaw, III; and her son Charles M. Wardlaw, Sr. (Theresa B. Wardlaw). She is survived by: her children, Robert James "Jimmy" Wardlaw, IV of Camden, John Michael Wardlaw (Jennifer) of Charleston and Teresa "Tooti" Wardlaw (Connie) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Charles M. Wardlaw, Jr. (Brooke), Bryan Wardlaw (Jessica), Brittany Couch (Eric), Alexis Glover (Nick), Taylor Cox and Brady Cox; and her great grandchildren, Charles M. Wardlaw, III (Trip), Harper Rose, Grayson, Mila, Ryder, Rylee and Lilah.
