He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlis Wayne Lukens and Frieda Maebelle Kizer Lukens; and his siblings, Joan Loter and Stephen Lukens. He is survived by: his wife Helen Anna Stilwell Lukens; his daughters, Lee Ann Parker (Sampson), Lorikay Nunn (Donnie) and Sheri Lou Few (Marty); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Watson (Anna), Luke Watson (Faith), Sampson Parker Jr. (Meredith), Austin Beam, Chad Beam (Kayla), Chip Few (Bonnie), Billy Few (Ashby), Jesse Few and Bobby Few (April). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
