She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Clyde F. Spivey. She is survived by: her mother Melba C. Spivey of Camden; her brothers, Don Spivey (Pam) of Camden and Rick Spivey (Becky) of Lake City, SC; her nephews, Jonathan Spivey (Caroline) of Camden, Ryan Spivey (Laura) of Indialantic, FL, Scott Spivey (Anna) of Lexington, SC and Andrew Spivey (Sarah) of Fountain Inn, SC; and her niece Sara Jane Spivey of Simpsonville, SC. She is also survived by five great nephews and three great nieces.
