With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Ballard (Camden, South Carolina), who passed away on January 9, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Priscilla English Carter and Ned Carter; and her husband John Daniel Ballard. She is survived by: her children, John Ballard (Angela), Sarah Nelson (Harold) of Camden, Joanne Ballard of Lugoff and Linda Ballard of Elgin; and her siblings, Mae Helen Martin of New Haven, Anette Carter, Geneva Rutledge of Camden, Margarite Atkins (Jerry) of Lugoff, Louise Carter of Columbia and Richard Carter of Camden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
