It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Sparks of Camden, South Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Carter and Mary Theresa Sparks; his stepmother Rosalee Sparks; his brothers, Johnny and Sam Sparks; and his son Michael Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Joseph Jr., Jason, David and Jeffery; and his stepdaughters, Tiffany and Mary Ellen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
