He was predeceased by: his mother Aurora Gutierrez; and his siblings, Porfirio Carlos Villarreal and Elvia Villarreal Cervantes. He is survived by: his wife Karon Medley Villarreal; his children, Leah Villarreal Kiernan (Daniel) of Sumter and J. Perry Villarreal (Kelly West) of Camden; and his sisters, Maria, Rosa, Maricela and Elsa. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
