She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Frank Lowery and Roma Harriett Langley Lowery; her son Rodger Williams; her grandson Ryan Williams; her daughter-in-law Molly Williams; and her siblings, Alma Catoe, Atha Lee Mangu, Kathryn McLemore, Kenneth Lowery, Harold Lowery and Leonard "Toby" Lowery (William Lewis "Dub").
She is survived by: her son Sherrill Williams of Camden, S. C.; her grandchildren, Christy Goodwin (Justin), Carrie Denton and Jacquie Buckalew (Sammy); her daughter-in-law Cathy Williams; and her sisters, Maxine Baker (Walter) of Kershaw, S. C. and Sue Neal of Columbia, S. C.. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
