He is survived by: his parents, Roy Leslie Kelley, Sr. and Teresa Spivey Kelley; his wife Shannon Parker Kelley; his daughter Da'Lyn Kelley; his siblings, Brandon Kelley and Erin Kelley; and his grandmothers, Sheila Kelley and Charlotte Meetz.
