He is survived by: his children, James Myron Murphy (Casilda) of Columbia, Melanie Murphy of Camden and Clarence Wilson of Camden; his brothers, Charles Perry (Doris) of Camden and Reggie Perry (Frances) of Camden; his cousins, James and Ann Miller of St. Albans; and his close friends, Thomas Harrel, James Schofield, Jimmie Wheeler and Rudy Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family of Mr. Murphy will hold a private graveside service due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
