She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Craig and Ethel L White; her siblings, Osbe, Margaret and Nick Jr.; and her husband Henry F. Allen Sr..
She is survived by: her son Henry F. Allen Jr. (Iva) of Kildeer, IL; her grandchildren, Derek of Kildeer, IL and Olivia of Kildeer, IL; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Bethea. She is also survived by cousins and other loving relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to The. Thomas E. Miller Society Scholarship in Memory of Mrs Helen C Allen at the South Carolina State University Foundation.
