He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Harvey and Mabel Bane Harvey; his wife Margaret Louise Harvey; and his siblings, Bernard Harvey, George Harvey, Mabel Norman, Madeline Hetrick and Naomi Henderson.

He is survived by: his children, Harold Wesley Harvey (Juli) of Wilmington, NC and Shannon Wallace of Carmichaels, PA; and his granddaughters, Amy Trezise, April Trapp, Toni Heriot, Selina Harvey and Stephanie Walker. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
