She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Kitty Russell; her grandmother Lola Smith; her mother Francis Armour; her son Michael Buggs; and her grandsons, Frederick Mark Tucker and Anthony Buckner-Buggs.
She is survived by: her former husband Samuel Buggs, Jr.; her children, Wanda Kemp (Ronald), Cheryl "Sherry" Seward, Samuel Buggs III and Manuel Buggs; her grandchildren, Tanya Tucker, Mark Tucker, Raymond Seward II, Dr. Sherita Seward-Brown (Timothy Brown), Jason Buggs, Christopher Buggs, Kenneth Buggs and Marquis Buggs; and her nephew Robert Bristol. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, her sister.
