He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Perez and Antonio Francisco Perez, Sr.; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Plowden; his children, Anthony Perez (Cindy) of Camden, John Perez (Mary) of Mt. Pleasant and Michele Perez Baitsholts (Todd) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Richard Perez of Mt. Pleasant, Samuel N Perez of Mt. Pleasant, John Gaillard Perez of Charlotte, NC, Cantey Perez, Tara Baitsholts Brewer (JB) of Raleigh, NC and Shelby Baitsholts of Brooklyn, NY; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Mary Caroline and Elizabeth. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
