She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bowman and Cora Lee Bowman; her husband Timothy Ravenell; and her siblings-in-law, Leroy Jamison and Emma Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Latoya Blyther of Albany, GA, Jessyca Sanders of Columbia, SC and Sterling Bowman (Jessica) of Orangeburg, SC; her grandchildren, Uniquea Durant, Javonta Sanders, Dayquan Durant, Jaqasia Kennedy, Jalaysia Kennedy, Jquez Kennedy, Rodnesha Moore, Emanuel Kennedy, Au'nasty Bowman, Kamoriana Bowman and Zavion Bowman; and her siblings, Henry Bowman, Jr. (Passion) of Columbia, SC, Rev. John Bowman of New Haven, CT, Archie Bowman (Rose) of Eutawville, SC, Minister Larry Bowman of West Haven, CT, Cassandra B. Jamison of Goose Creek, SC and Terry Bowman of Bridgeport, CT. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shuler-Marshall Funeral Home (1235 Unity Rd, Holly Hill, SC 29059). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (149 Vance Rd, Vance, SC 29163).
