It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Watkins of Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Talmadge Hendrix, Sr. and Lila Alewine Hendrix of Camden; her former husband Martin Edward Morris; her siblings, George Talmadge Hendrix, Jr., Bernice Littleton, Lousie Sjolin and Beverly Clarke; and her stepgranddaughter Caroline Wofford.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Watkins of Camden; her sons, A. Ken Morris (Vicki) of Denver, NC and V. Stan Morris (Karen) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Ben Morris (Barrett) of Raleigh, NC, Gray Hamby (Chad) of Lenoir, NC, Kristin Morris of Washington, DC, Megan McGuire (Michael) of Lexington and Jordan Morris of Columbia; her great grandchildren, Claire McGuire and James McGuire; her stepdaughters, Julie Seward of Richmond, VA and Cindy Wofford (David) of Richmond, VA; her stepgrandchildren, Hadley Seward (Pree Rao) and Si Wofford; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alex Rao and Avery Rao.
