He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Williams, Sr. and Virdie Williams; his siblings, Phillip Williams, Teresa and Viola Williams; and his grandparents, Eddie, Mariah Washington, Benjamin and Lehana Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Henry Williams, Jr. (Dexture) of Camden, Mark Williams (Monique) of Hackensack, Melissa Williams (Anthony) of Hackensack and Monique Smith of Mahwah; and his aunts and uncles, Rosa Jones of Camden, Annie Rice of Camden, Janice Lee of Camden, Vergie Clark (Kenneth) of Camden, Willie Washington of Camden, George Washington of Englewood, Stanley and Jessie Williams of Bethune. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
