He was predeceased by: his parents, David Leonard (Big Boy) and Lillie Mae Davis Leonard; and his former wife Willie Mae Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Leonard; his children, Stephanie Haynesworth, Ronetta Brown, Barbara Woodard of Charlotte, Gaynelle Powell of Lugoff, Stephan Leonard, Aysa Leonard and Juan Leonard of Sumter; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Teyonia, Chavis Haynesworth, Kriztopher, Mauri Leonard, Lawanda, Patrick Smith, Jason Bennett, Pamela Johnson, Dominique, Ta-Juan Leonard and Damion Powell; and his aunt Ella L. Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
Due to COVID the family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
