She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Samuel "Jack" Douglass, Sr. and Mary Vann Kendall Douglass of Chesterfield, SC.; and her sister Millie Lou Douglass Epps. She is survived by: her husband William Legette Bittle; her children, William Douglass Bittle (Gwen) and Harriet Bittle Wilson (Bill); her grandchildren, Christin Noel Bittle Snipes (Jason), Benjamin William Wilson (Jill), Brie Graham (David) and William Nicholas Bittle (Jennifer); and her siblings, Ann Douglass Gibson Nichols and Floyd Samuel "Jack" Douglass. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 502 Dekalb Street, Camden, SC 29020.
