He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Roland Blackburn, Jeanne Greene Blackburn, Kelly Richard Kidd and Marie Carter Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Della Sue; his daughter Julianne Elise Reynolds Blackburn; his parents, Nancy Kidd Blackburn and Randall Starling Blackburn; his sisters, Elisabeth Blackburn Wingard (Keith) of Lexington, SC, Jeanne Marie Blackburn of Lexington, SC and Leslie Blackburn Gunter (Brandon) of Lexington, SC; his nieces, Caroline Grace Howard, Brittany Eden Dail (Adam) and Madison Avery Gunter; and his nephew Jacob Andrew Gunter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
