With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Beulah Mae Stradford of Camden, South Carolina, born in Red Level, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Hillson and Aubrey Crittenden; and her brothers, Walter Crittenden and Herbert Crittenden. She is survived by: her husband Richard Stradford of Lugoff; her daughter Helen Lane of McDonough, Georgia; her sisters, Mary Sanders of Chicago and Rena Carter of Red Level, Alabama; her grandchildren, Samir Maolud of McDonough, Laila Lane of Atlanta, Lana Whittenbarger of McDonough and Lila Thompson of Augusta, Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Etta Crittenden of Winter Haven and Virginia Fletcher of Camden. She is also survived by six great grandsons.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church (801 Broad St, Camden, SC 29020). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at the St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery (511 Knights Hill Rd, Camden, SC 29020).
