With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Cook of Camden, South Carolina, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Betty Tucker and Ernest C. Hodge. She is survived by: her sons, Charles David Cook (Pam) of Rock Hill, James Michael "Jim" Cook (Cynthia) of Camden and Donald Lee Cook (Teresa) of Lugoff; her sisters, Frances Rose (Jerry) of Morristown, TN and Eleanor Carpenter of Knoxville, TN; and her brother-in-law Howard Ruskin Cook of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
