She was predeceased by: her spouses, Delma West Parker and George Donald Stokes, Sr.; and her parents, John Heyward Atkinson, Sr. and Martha "Mae" Logan Atkinson. She is survived by: her son Delma Larry Parker (Elizabeth); her grandson Kyle Weston Parker (Baylee); and her siblings, Shelby Russell, JoAnn Elmore and Mac Atkinson (Judy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
