He was predeceased by: his parent Claude C. Fulghum; and his brother Mark Fulghum. He is survived by: his wife Susan Haynes Brown; his mother Martha Evans Fulghum of Royston, GA; his sisters, Kim Allen of Athens, GA, Jennifer Ivie (Bobby) of Gainesville, GA and Julie Elgin (Steve) of Hartwell, GA; his nephews, Braxton Hix and Josh Allen; and his niece Kayla Fulghum. He is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calhoun Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church (920 E Savannah St, Calhoun Falls, SC 29628). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the Elmhurst Cemetery (400 N Oliver St, Elberton, GA 30635).
