She was predeceased by: her husband Ernie R. Purser; her parents, George Land and Mildred Jordan Land; her son Wilbur E. Schuler, Jr.; her siblings, Brenda Land and Rev. Gene Land; and her grandson George A. Alewine, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Schuler Alewine (Tony) of Calhoun Falls and Shanda N. Suarez (Rondell) of New York; her stepson Ernie Purser (Pamela Petrus-Purser); her siblings, Ray Land (Wanda) of Greenwood, Roger Land (Pam) of Calhoun Falls and Jenny Land Norris (Pete) of Antreville; her grandsons, Jonathan M. Schuler, Kristopher M. Alewine (Aubrey) and Zachary M. Alewine; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Carrie, Kylie and Emerson Alewine.
