She is survived by: her children, Tangky Murphy of Winston Salem, NC, Foyola Murphy of Kingstree, SC, Falami Murphy of Cades, SC, Maisha Murphy of Cades, SC and Alphonser Murphy of Ellenwood, GA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
