He was predeceased by: his spouse Cammie Brewer McIntosh; and his parents, James Earl McIntosh, Sr. and Evie Stringfield Hutto. He is survived by: his children, Betty Mack, Troy Smith (Jacqueline) and Kenny Smith; his siblings, Terry McIntosh (Jean), Connie Adkins (Jerry) and Yvonna McIntosh; his grandchildren, Carrie Cason (Larry), Dylan Mack (Holley) and Mathew Smith; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Cammielynn and Loretta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, countless friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Burnettown, SC. (303 Walker St, Warrenville, SC 29851).
