She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Carter, Sr.; her daughter Becky Carter; and her sister Mary Beth Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hubbard (Mike) and Leonard "Len" Carter Jr. (Jane); her grandchildren, Amelia Carter, Michael Hubbard, Jonathan Hubbard and Benjamin Carter; and her nephews, John Carter, Scott Buchanan and Adam Buchanan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Mrs. Carter.
