He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Goins Moseley; his parent Willie Peigler Moseley Byars; his daughter Allison Moseley; his brother Bobby Hawkins; and his nieces, Davina Hammond of Buffalo, Tiffany Iovane of Buffalo and Tamara Eller of Buffalo.
