He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Knox Brewington; his parents, Floyd Brewington and Annie Dee Haney Brewington; his son Michael Wayne Brewington (Jeannie); his siblings, Leon Brewington (Judy), Tommy Brewington (Cathy), Joyce Plemmons (Joe), Judy Cathcart (Billy) and Deborah Dow; his grandson Michael Blake Brewington; and his brother Bruce Wayne Brewington.
