It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Opal West Sullivan of Brunson, South Carolina, born in Clifton, South Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Luther West and Ethel Thomas West; and her husband John Mack Sullivan Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John R. Sullivan (Linda) of Fairfax, Maxine Chesser (Bobby) of Batesburg-Leesville and Betty Spickelmier (Willie) of Mission, Texas; and her grandchildren, Renee C. Kepner, Scott Chesser, Stephanie Peterson, Darin Petersen, Robin Mack, Robert Sullivan and Jason Sullivan.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Brunson Baptist Church at P.O. Box 70 Brunson, SC 29911.
