With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Brant of Brunson, South Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Chesser and John H. Nix, Sr.; and her spouse Drexel M. Brant. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Brant Nuno (Alberto) of Williston, SC; and her grandchildren, Drex, Brian, Heather, Brandon, Helen, Ashlynn, Hayne, Melanie, Christine, Lorena and McKayla. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
She was on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society and worked with the American Diabetes Association.
