She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Polk and Venie Cook Polk; her husband Bobby Gene Sullivan; and her siblings, Vernon Polk, Elliott C. Polk, Lossie Polk and Bernice P. Gooding.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy S. Kinsey (Allen) of Orangeburg, Debra S. Guthrie (Robert) of St. Helena Island, Nancy Sullivan of Brunson and Bobby Sullivan, Jr. of Brunson; and her siblings, Virginia Smith of Brunson and Randolph Polk of Varnville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
