It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jaronie Woodberry Atkinson of Brittons Neck, South Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Cribb Woodberry (Sadie) and Miley Woodberry; her spouse Bennie Garner Atkinson; and her son Robert Garner Atkinson of Florence, SC.. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Edwards Atkinson of Marion, SC and Renee Atkinson White of Wrens, GA; and her grandchildren, Bert Atkinson (Jessica) of Florence, SC, Blake White of Lawrenceville, GA, Jonathan Atkinson of Mullins, SC, Derek Atkinson (Taylor) of Florence, SC, Megan White Wilson (Ben) of Wrens, GA and Brian Atkinson (Jamie) of Hartsville, SC. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
