As we bid Lorraine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lorraine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernestine Barnes and Raymond Barnes of Ehrhardt; her husband Ralph O. Edwards of Branchville; her brother Jimmy Barnes; and her grandson Ray Edwards.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bailey (Pete) of Moncks Corner, Ralph Fred Edwards of Branchville and William Edwards (Gina) of Cope; and her brother Ray Barnes (Alice) of Ehrhardt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
