In loving memory of Heyward Theodore McAlhany Sr. of Branchville, South Carolina, who departed this world on January 25, 2025 at the age of 62. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Furman McAlhany and Jodi Harriott Proveaux; his brother Furman "Durk" McAlhany; his children, Heyward "Ted" McAlhany, Jr. (Donna), Brandon L. McAlhany, Tabitha McAlhany Minus (James) and Mindy Moody (Blake); his grandchildren, Chandler McAlhany, Heyward McAlhany, Trealynne McAlhany, Gabrielle McAlhany, Chloe Minus, Kaylee Moody, Logan Buxton and Haisley Moody; and his brothers, James McAlhany (Allie) and Mike McCoy (Terri). He was also cherished by uncle, a number of aunts, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (607 N Parler Ave, St George, SC 29477).
