He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Caitlyn Frayard (Travis), Chris Carter (Lori), Courtney Beeks (Ethan), Ashleigh Staley and Elizabeth Johnson (Joshua); his grandchildren, Autumn, Hunter Carter, Carter, Ayden Beeks, Joseph, Matthew Staley, Samuel Johnson, Ellis and Avery Frayard; his great grandchildren, Oaklynn, Adalynn Ayer and Raelynn Carter; and his siblings, John Witherspoon (Linda), Olga Ann Gallo, Barbara Beck, Vickie Gomez and James Bryant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
